White-label MVP for agency clients

When a client brings a software idea to your agency, you no longer have to pass it on or turn it down. MVP development in the agency context means: I build the smallest viable version of that product under your brand – the fastest route from idea to something real, something shippable, something you can put in front of actual users.

For your agency, this unlocks a new line of service without any technical overhead. No hiring, no onboarding, no internal dev team to manage. You stay the face; I stay invisible. What your client receives is a production-ready MVP delivered under your name.

What's included
How it works
  1. Scoping session – we define what the MVP must do, the target users, and what success looks like in v1.
  2. Technical setup – architecture, data model and core flows established before any feature is visible.
  3. Iterative feedback rounds – you (and optionally your client) review milestone builds and steer the next sprint.
  4. Handover with runbook – documented deployment, admin access, a brief on how to maintain or extend.

Frequently asked questions
What is an MVP and what is it good for?

An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the smallest version of a product that real users can already use meaningfully. The goal is to validate whether an idea works before investing serious money and time into a full build.

How fast can an MVP be up and running?

It depends on scope, but a focused MVP is often up and running in four to eight weeks. We define together what really belongs in the first release – and what comes after.

Can I have it expanded later?

Yes. I build on a clean foundation from the start, so it can be extended. You can commission me for further development or take the project in-house – both are possible.

Do I keep the client and the margin?

Yes, completely. You are and remain the contractual partner for your client. I don't appear anywhere, the client pays you, and you set the margin.
